Sodium metasilicate Pentahydrate

    Physicochemical characteristics:White particles; Relative density: 0.8-1.0; Melting point: 70-73℃; soluble in water or in thin alkali, insoluble in alcohol or in acid. The solution is alkaline, which presents detergency, emulsibility, dispersity, wettability, permeability and the buffer ability to the PH value, very hygroscopic and deliquescet when exposed to the air. Strong solution has a corroding effect on textile and skin.

Storage and Delivery:Please store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Keep products from being wet and avoid too much sun exposure during transportation. Temperature of products’ surroundings should be below 60℃.
